Inspiration

I try hard to create something every day - even if it is just dinner!!  I had an amazing day in my craft room.  I cleaned, sorted, and actually finished a few cards!!!

The Challenge #31 was to create something based on this image:

I couldn't  decide which one I liked best, so I decided to post both of my options.
I loved both cards.  I am not a super vintage - type person, but am quite happy with both responses to the challenge.  Both cards have the image stamped on vellum with Ranger Ink, and the parasol colored with pencils.   Vellum is mounted over 7 Gypsies patterned paper, no clue as to the maker of the image.  Which do you like best - red or black card base?

  1. They are both lovely, Bobbi! Love the image and the hints of colour. Thank you for joining us at The Challenge!

  2. My favorite is the black card base - very elegant with the touch of red in the umbrella. Your card is stunning.
