OWH Mid Week Throw Down - Cards 4 Kids

This week's challenge is to create a card for a kid.  I think that cards for teenage boys are probably few and far between, so I made a few of these:


Papers from DCWV, Background layer embossed with a crocodile texture plate, tennis shoes are embedded glitter and wet embossing (passed the sweater test), sentiment form Fiskars, stash ribbon.

  2. Really rad card! I agree, teens are the hardest to make for, probably because I'm way past the teen age!!! I love the sneakers! Great sketch, so versatile with any focal dp! Thanks for sharing

  3. I think you are right in that a lot of these cards are for younger kids, so great idea to think about the boy teens. I love that paper and I'm sure the recipient will get a kick out of it also. Have a fantastic day.
