OWH Mid Week Throw Down - Ombre

The Mid Week Throw Down at OWH is to make a card using the concept of ombre - shaded in tones from light to dark.

 Something like this:

I needed some Sympathy cards, so I went with more somber tones.  I like the elegance of it, even if it is a bit stark.

  1. When I saw the small thumbnail of this card at OWH I thought you had used a paint chip for your card...and maybe you did, but I love how your card is simple but elegant. Love!!!

  4. I like your card and the idea of it being subdued. I think I'd add a little something extra: a black ribbon, mat the rectangles or 3 dots of Liquid Pearls, something like that. Glenda F
