OWH Mid Week Throw Down - Tic Tac Toe

This Mid Week Throw Down is a little different.  We were to choose three elements to make our card.  I boxed the three I chose.

 Here is my card:

The rhinestones are really pearls, but I though they were close enough!  There are two smaller pearls in the scrolling on the image.  I started with clear crystals, but they were too flashy for the card. The background is an alligator skin pattern from a Fiskars texture plate, other papers from Amy Butler Lotus.  Border punch from American Crafts.  Stamp from Fiskars.  Spellbinder Oval Scallop dies. Sketch #26 from The Decontructed Sketch by Jen

This card is also for Shopping Our Stash Challenge 92 - use a neglected border punch.  Now I remember why I rarely use the border punches, I never get them lined up correctly!!!!

I have missed participating the the OWH challenges, but my time has been stretched very thin, between work, family, and traveling to help clear out my Mom's house, there just isn't much left!!  Today was a snow day for most schools in our area - play time!!
