While both cards work, I prefer the second one. The white space is more my style. Watercolor Wishes sentiment, Meadows image, Yellow, blue, grey, and stone ink.

Opportunities for Embellishment.....
I started out playing with the Color Throwdown:
Then I dropped my ink pad on my card front and I smeared black ink in the white space of the card. :(. Then I remembered the CAS Mix Up Challenge!
Rather than toss it, I flicked more black ink on it to make it look intentional.
I decided to try again.

ReplyDeleteThis is a great save, Bobbi! I dropped an inkpad on my pants today and unfortunately they can't be saved. Maybe I need to add splatters as it sure worked for your card! I like the cleaner version too. The masked strip with the dandelion is so pretty! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up!
