Words 2 Scrap By July Challenge - Ohh La La!

This month's challenge from my partner of Words2ScrapBy.blogspot.com crime, Sybrina, is in honor of Bastille Day, is Ohh La La!

I decided to make a fancy fold card.  Fun to make, hard to photograph!!
