OWH Mid Week Throw Down Color Challenge - State Flag Colors
The Mid Week Throw Down at OWH is to make a card using your state flag colors. This was a easy one for me! I am in Ohio, and our state flag is red, white, and blue.
My card:
Focal point from echo park 4th of July Journaling page, background paper Bo Bunny Liberty collection, embossed with Cuttlebug stars embossing folder, stamp from Fiskars.
Lucky you on easy state flag colors. I love the dotted paper with the embossed stars. And the bold star really pops on your card. Great job with this week's MWT.
Thanks Bobbi for sharing your card for Ohio. I am from Ohio too and I am glad to see it represented her in the MWT!! You card is beautiful by the way!!!
I never think to emboss patterned paper and I love the look- thanks for the idea! And I agree- I am jealous- like everyone else- you have great colors for your flag- great patriotic card!I like your layout! TFS

ReplyDeleteI'm jealous. You had three colors to work with! (Yes, I'm whining) I love the way you angled the stripes on the circle. Great job!

ReplyDeleteBobbi,
ReplyDeleteHope all is well.
Had to smile when I saw your card -- knowing instantly the state it was representing.
This would be a great card for Paula's focal point lesson in Design Bootcamp. :)
