I watered down Snap Dragon and brushed the watercolor paper, then brushed Berry Twist over the wet paper. The silhouette flower die cut was purchased second hand, so I am not certain of the manufacturer. Hero Arts sentiment stamped in VersaMark and heat embossed with Lilac Moire embossing powder.
