OWH Sketch Challenge #239

The most recent sketch from OWH and my version:

239 (1)

I am not really into coloring, but I am trying.  The image and sentiment are heat embossed, and I colored the roses and leaves with Derwent watercolor pencils.  Crocodile texture plate from Sizzix, dies from Spellbinders.

I haven't been posting as much as I have in the past.  As the military is drawing down in the Middle East, Operation Write Home needs fewer cards for our heroes.  I am thrilled that our people are coming home, and I need to adapt my cardmaking accordingly.  I have been trying a lot of different techniques.  Fun stuff!!!
