This week's sketch challenge at Operation Write Home looks like this:

163

Here are some of my attempts:

I never was very good at following directions and coloring in the lines!!!

Papers from Perfect Prints Blue Chic by Forever in Time.  Spellbinders Floral Burst medallion, flowers also Spellbinders, can't remember which set.  Top patterned paper embossed with Sizzix texture plate, bottom with Fiskars plate.  Ribbon, brads, and solid papers from stash.

  2. I like your color combos and love all that work you put into cutting those folded stars (Lace cutting?!). Thank you for making a difference through OWH! :)

  9. Hi Bobbi,

It's always good to see a card from you. And, these two are very pretty. I love how you replicated the floral pattern with your three matching elements in the first card.

You and I seem to be kindred spirits when it comes to that coloring inside the lines thing. Thought it was just me!

  10. Love the colors on both! I especially like how you duplicated the flower shapes from the patterned paper to the 3 boxes. Great job!

  11. Don't you love playing around with sketches? :) Great cards and thanks for sharing your take on them. I think they are both wonderful, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would the be dealring little flowered one on top!
