Celebrate Everything!

The Paper Craft Crew has a fun challenge this round. 

I’m not a big Valentines person, so the banners and colors were my inspiration. 

I used the Taylored Expressions Hooray quad for the background, and Honey Bee Stamps sentiment. There is a lot of great inspiration on the Paper Craft blog, be sure to check it out!

SOS -Once Upon a Time

Shopping Our Stash has a Once Upon a Time challenge to create something inspired by a fairy tale. What says fairy tale better than rainbows and unicorns?

The white edges were spattered with purple and silver ink. Paper from Echo Park, Fiskars sentiments, My Favorite Things rainbow die. 

It’s been a minute!!

Life has gotten in the way of blogging.  All good things happening!  Hubs retired and that’s an adjustment in and of itself. We bought some property and are building a new home with a huge craft room. Yay for me!  

I have been playing with the Taylored Expressions create in quads and triple slim layering stencils. If you haven’t tried them you should!  All 4 of these card fronts were made with one piece of paper and one quad set of stencils:

Taylored Expressions Cookie Monster, Punpkin Pie, Pineapple, and Blue Corn inks. The sentiments are from their line of Simple Strips. Love these!!!
