October 2023: Holiday/Celebration Cards 4 Kids

 Time to start working on holiday cards!  This month's challenge at Send A Smile 4 Kids is to create a Holiday/Celebration card.  

The red is heavy flocked paper.  Belt is 2" glossy black, and the while is 1.25" pearl paper.  The buckle is a square with rounded corners and hand cut slits for the "belt".  CAS, but includes lots of texture and sparkle!
