Little Lambs

Lambs to me mean babies and Easter, so the Twofer Spring Animals challenge is perfect to break out my Gina Marie Easter Lamb die. 

Our niece's baby shower was today (no judgement for attending, please), and I needed a baby girl card.  She loved it!  I am thinking, though, that maybe they needed a bow around their necks?!?  Floral background is from Echo Park Easter Wishes.  Chevrons from a really old American Crafts My Baby paper pad.  Probably one of my earlier purchases on my crafting journey. 

Twofer Wreaths

The Twofer Card Challenge this round is "wreath".  

I used the Ellen Hutson Laurel Wreath die on both cards, cutting it twice for the "joy" card.  Really hard to get the dark and the bright card in the same photo/light.  The wood grain paper is American Crafts and sentiment is Recollections, the plaid and "joy" are Lawn Fawn.

This week's challenge is to make a card using a hexagon shape;  Here is mine:

American Crafts My Girl paper.  I am trying so hard to use the entire 6x6 pad, but I am struggling to use up the last bits...

I didn't love it.  Too much white space, even with the embossing.  So I tried again:
