OWH Mid Week Throw Down - Father's Day

This week's challenge is to create a Father's Day card.  I tend to create more Dad-type cards, as they can be used for more than just  Father's Day.

Here is mine:

SRM Sticker layered with solid, stash papers.  Silk ribbon, DCWV Safari Chic matstack, Sizzix embossing folder.

OWH Mid Week Throw Down - Any Hero Christmas

Can I tell you that I LOVE this card and envelope?!?!?  So much that I will be using this layout for my own cards.  Last year, my mother died a few weeks before Christmas, and I just didn't have it in me to send cards.   So this year, cards are even more important for keeping in touch.

I cut the circles with my Sizzix dies, and used SRM Stickers by the Dozen for the tree and envelope.  Embossed with a Sizzix chevron folder.  The grey looking circles are actually metallic silver.  Just wish I had a LSS where I could buy more of the stickers...

Oh, Snap!!  I forgot that Any Hero cards don't need envelopes.  Guess I will use the envelope for my own Christmas cards!

SRM Stickers by the Dozen Birthday Card

I spent the afternoon making birthday cards using SRM Stickers by the Dozen.  I only bought one sheet, as I am not really a sticker person.  Now I wish I had bought a variety.  I rarely make duplicate cards, but the first one came out so well, I decided to make a bunch.
